About Dauntless Racing Cars

Dauntless Racing Cars was formed in 2007 by the Clayton family, and is anchored by over 40 years of collective racing experience among the foundation of the company: Patti, Stan & Rennie Clayton. Patti has been recognized for her accomplishments by Toyota Racing Development and has a well-earned reputation for top-notch car building skills and preparation. Stan brings with him 20+ years of formal aerodynamics background, and has engineered two drivers to SCCA National Championships. Rennie, a 16 year racing veteran, is an SCCA National Champion in Formula Atlantic, and began his mechanical design experience by helping to design high-altitude aircraft research engines for NASA at the age of 16.
